18 Day’s until the World Cup

And rumour has it that Rooney might be fit for the group stages. Let’s hope so, it would put me in such a better mood and give us the strike force we need for a pretty strong England side.

Sounds like the Scoobies had a good day at Alton Towers but I did promise my mate that I’d come along and support Leeds with him in the play off finals. Fat lot of good that did, as they lost 3-0 to Wrexham.

My training for the Bristol half marathon does not seem to be improving. It would help if someone would go running with me to keep me motivated. On Thursday Paula will be taking me out at lunch time at work to run 2-3 miles. It would be comfortable if I could run 8 miles comfortably by August. The furthest so far is 5 miles on a treadmill which is different to running outside on the concrete.
Maybe I work to hard, playing football on a Monday, cycling to work, running and going to Esporta 3 times a week. Lately I have been feeling tired, but maybe that’s because as soon as I’m home at 10.30pm the 360 goes on and Oblivion is too addictive that keeps me playing until 1am. Either that or I play Uno with Vixen because it’s so relaxed and you can get a good conversation in.

The gym is one of my favourite places to be at mind you. People can be so easy to chat to and I myself will chat to anyone willing to talk especially in the steam room or sauna.
Esporta is my place to visit when I have had a bad day or a little stressed. If I am ever in a bad mood (which is not to often) I find that going to the gym helps to de stress myself.

I am so tired at work today. 5am I was up because it was raining and my old man offered me a lift in an hour and a quarter before 8am which is when my shift starts.
Its ok I brought Angel season 5 to watch until 8.

Next week is my sisters 25th birthday and every year we go to the waterfront to celebrate. This year we will go out on the Sunday as it is a Bank holiday next week which is a shame because I would of liked to go with Matt to Stevenage to visit the girls of GSO. Lucy is having a BBQ and a few drinks and I would have loved to meet Claire who I chat to all the time at work.

Oh well Football tonight in the rain.
