Last night me and Kate went out to the Anchor for a few drinks, unfortunately I could not be out long as I had to get up to help my uncle move some beds from house to tip to house to house to tip. It was a great night chatting about games and taking the piss out of massive guys who look like Boomers and scary looking women. Thanks Kate for a great night but we will have to go out properly next week.
As for today well wow, wow and wow, When City managed to beat Coventry and draw Middlesbrough at home in the 4th round I must admit I was very pleased. It was a chance to see some great talent come to Ashton Gate not to mention manager Garth Southgate. I must admit I was expecting to be beat 1-3 and after the first half when we fall 0-2 I was starting to feel it was coming true. But even at half time I was pleased and proud of the way our boys where dealing with the Premiership giants. After getting 1 goal back I was so pleased and after coming back into the game so many times already this season my hopes of getting a draw lifted. When Scott Murray scored to make it 2-2 I had never been so excited at home, it was a fantastic feeling and I swear I must of knocked the old man over next to me.
Now I have to wait until Feb 13th to travel up north to The Riverside. Congratulations boys.
